This policy explains what data we collect through breckeyco.rs, for what purposes we process it, on what legal basis, how long we retain it, and what rights you have regarding that processing. This policy complies with Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection.

What Data We Collect
Analytics data
If you consent via the cookie banner, we collect the following through Google Analytics: IP address (truncated/anonymized), device and browser type, pages visited, time spent on the site, and referral source.
Contact form data
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message content.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are loaded only after you click “Accept” on the banner shown on your first visit. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

Purpose of Processing
- We use analytics data solely to understand how the site is used and to improve its content and user experience.
- We use contact form data to respond to your inquiry, and, should it lead to a business relationship, for further business communication.
Legal Basis
- For analytics cookies — your explicit consent given via the banner, which you may withdraw at any time by clearing your browser's cookies.
- For the contact form — your consent when submitting the message, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Recipients of Data
- Google (Google Ireland Limited) — processes analytics data via Google Analytics; data may be transferred to servers outside Serbia, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
- Web3Forms — the service that delivers messages submitted through the contact form to our email.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention Period
- We retain contact form messages for a maximum of 12 months from receipt. If an inquiry leads to a business relationship, the correspondence is retained as part of our business records.
- Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics account settings.
Your Rights
Regarding your personal data, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to admin@breckeyco.rs.
Complaints to the Commissioner
If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11000 Belgrade, poverenik.rs).
